Rosema Wrap
Interweave | Urban Knit Collection: 18 City-inspired Knitting Patterns for the Modern Wardrobe, 2016

This wrap could be worn constantly in the cooler months and perhaps even in the summer if, for example, your office constantly runs the air conditioner. The merino yarn is luxurious, and I love how it knits up into this easy lace and cable pattern. The edging is thick and creates structure while offering a bit more warmth for the neck. Worked from side to side, the sleeves are picked up from the body and worked down from there.

Knitting Knowledge | The body of this project is worked flat, and then the sleeves are picked up and worked in the round. It requires:
• Knitting with circular needles
• Casting on
• Reading lace and cable charts
• Knitting and purling
• Working with a cable needle
• Finishing
