PaymentPricing is in U.S. Dollars. I accept credit or debit card payments via Paypal.
PatternsMost patterns are .pdf files that are delivered electronically (via email) and may be read by Adobe reader. (A free download of the software is here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/.) Rights to some patterns are held by various companies. You will be directed to the proper website when you click the "buy now" link.
Downloading Patterns
Kyle William patterns are offered as .pdf downloads. After making a purchase follow the site directions to download the pattern file. Need more help? Just get in touch by using the CONTACT tab.
Custom ProjectsI am happy to consider any custom project - please send an email to: [email protected] or use the CONTACT me and I'll do what I can to make it happen!

ShippingFor non-digital items, I ship first class mail, priority USPS and sometimes UPS depending on the product. If you have a specific shipping preference, please let me know.
Packing and boxes are generally recycled to help reduce the impact my business has on the environment. If I will be shipping an order to a recipient as a gift, be sure to send a note so that I'm aware and can use nice packaging materials. Refunds & ExchangesYou will be 100% happy with anything you buy from my shop. If you are not, just let me know and I'll make it right. It's that simple.
