Marathon
I am not a runner. I ran in high school when I had to, but this time it's different. I am running because I can - I'm 35 years old and I have always wanted to be able to say I completed a marathon. My friends and family think I'm crazy, and maybe I am - but I'm well on my way to achieving this goal. I have already completed a 10k running through the backlots of Universal Studios, and a half marathon running from Venice Beach to Culver City, CA and back! Training for the Los Angeles marathon takes dedication and dicipline. Raising money for AIDS Project Los Angeles is an extra benefit of the program I'm training with. Please review the information below for details on the fundraiser I have planned in March, and for a link that will guide you to the donation page if you would like to make a tax deductible donation to help this worthy cause.
