                              Dead Letter Submissions:

                              Thank you for contributing your "Dead Letter" for use in this project.  Please email me with any questions you might have regarding the project prior to submissions if you have any issues relating to the release.  In order to avoid any misunderstandings in connection with your Submission, please read our policy regarding our use of your Submission set forth at the bottom of this page:

                              Your phone number is not required, but would be useful if the artist needs to contact you for some reason.
                              who are you writing to? It could be a mother, father, sister, brother, grandmother, coworker, childhood friend (sweetheart?) even a pet. This classification may help with the further organization of the project.
                              When your submission is ready, please attach a high quality scan of your "Dead Letter."  Remember, your letter should be preferrably hand written in black (or dark) ink on white paper.  If your handwriting is difficult to read, feel free to type the letter and then sign it.  REMEMBER, ONLY FIRST NAMES SHOULD BE USED IN THE LETTERS!  If you prefer to mail the letter via US post, or do not have access to a scanner, please send me a note in the "Comment" field below and we will make arrangements.

                              Any submission that you submit or otherwise transmit to Kyle Kunnecke ("kylewilliam.com") via this website, email, facsimile, mail or otherwise will be treated as non-confidential materials and shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Kyle Kunnecke and kylewilliam.com.  By submitting or transmitting your submission, you hereby grant Kyle Kunnecke all rights, titles and interests in the submission and Kyle Kunnecke shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights in and to the submission of every kind and nature, in perpetuity, throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use (including without limitation the sale and/or exploitation) of the submission for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation, credit or any other rights to you as the provider of the submission.  By submitting or transmitting your submission you irrevocably acknowledge and agree to the foregoing grant of rights and interests. If applicable law restricts or limits the foregoing provisions of this paragraph, you agree, without limitation of the foregoing that in no event shall Kyle Kunnecke's liability with respect to the submission exceed the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00).  Any controversy or claim arising out of our receipt of submission will be settled by arbitration in Los Angeles, California before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association.  The prevailing party in any such arbitration has the right to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs from the other party.
